You have purchased the wrong product and wish a refund or exchange.

Within 30 days BE Automotive will either provide a full refund or exchange for any item purchased incorrectly.  However, you will need to pay for the associated return postage or courier costs.

You have a faulty product or BE has supplied you the wrong product

Within 30 Days

BE will either exchange the product or offer a full refund on the item.  BE will also cover the delivery charges.

After 30 days

BE may still offer partial or complete refund on faulty items beyond 30 days.  Please provide a more in-depth description of the problem and where possible photographs.
