For Ford Model T 1909 to 1927, Ford Model A 1928 to 1931, Ford Model B 1932 to 1934, Ford Early V8 1932 to 1948, Ford Pick Up 1932 to 1947 and Mercury 1939 to 1948. 

Tightens up a loose wheel if the hub is worn. Also prevents the brake drum from rubbing against the backing plate .004" thick.
