Ford Model A rear spring clip bar A5708A made by Belcher Engineering Ltd, machined out of billet steel. Top Quality A5708AB/E 

 

 A5708A. These brackets are used to hold the rear spring up in the cross member. These go under the spring and are what the rear spring U-bolt nuts tighten against. Need 2 per car. This is the shorter of the 2 spring clip bars that is used with the 10 or 12  leaf rear spring.  Approx 5/8" high.
