2 input 12 output - 6 fused 6 unfused.
Each input is linked via a busbar meaning one input gives 6 outputs.
Individual LEDs light to indicate when a fuse has blown. Power input is via a common stud feeding each of the 6 circuits.Supplied with a clear protective cover that latches into place. The base has 4 fixing holes for surface mounting. Mostly used for 12V ign OR BATT input and one Ground input, giving 6 fused 12V outputs and 6 unfused grounds via threaded 5mm secure ring terminals.
