Spring loaded window escutcheon for Ford Model A 1928 to 1931, and Ford Model T 1926 to 1927. A-48139-RE. 

Second hand part, some wear, marks and corrosion to chrome. 

A replacement style that can be used in place of A-48139-B or A-48139-A escutcheons. These spring loaded escutcheons are used on the window cranks. ID is 11/16" approx. This escutcheon can be collapsed to a thickness of 15/32" or out as much as 5/8".
